A short-term team trip takes you on a 10 to 14 day overseas-journey in a developing community in Latin America, Asia or Africa.  You will provide critical assistance as you work alongside our long-term missionaries, national staff and local community members to make a lasting impact in a hurting community.

 

There are two types of short-term teams.  You can organize a team of your own from your church or other group (see Build your own team) or explore joining an individual open team (see Join a team).

Short-term team trips are a great way for you and your church to experience poverty first-hand and play a role in making a difference.  During the 10-14 days, team members are involved in a wide variety of activities, including working together on building projects, participating in home visits, providing VBS for kids and, most importantly, developing personal relationships with members in the community.
