Food for the Hungry Leadership

Food for the Hungry (FH) embraces a shared leadership model to accomplish the God-sized vision of ending physical and spiritual hungers worldwide. This approach unites U.S. and International leaders into three groups: Global Executive Office, Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.

Global Executive Office

The Global Executive Office is comprised of three officers who provide executive leadership for the global ministry of FH while focusing on their respective functional areas of international programs and partnerships, strategic services, and field operations.

Dave Evans
Dave Evans

Dave has more than 26 years of relief and development program implementation, management and fund-development experience in the US, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, with ten of those years spent in the countries of Chad, Bolivia, Burkina Faso and Mali.

Dave has a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dave has been with Food for the Hungry since 1991 and is responsible for private and government fund development, international program development, US partnership development and US government policy.

 

Peter Mawditt
Peter Mawditt

Peter is a Public Finance Accountant who has spent 13 years in public finance and 22 years in financial services. His experience included 12 years in international banking across Asia in senior management roles. In 2005 he led a coalition of International Christian NGOs and Thai churches responding to the Tsunami disaster in southern Thailand.

Peter joined Food for the Hungry in 2006 with roles in strategic management and as Chief Executive of International field operations. He currently provides leadership in the areas of financial management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Web Operations and Internal Communications.

 

Luis Noda
Luis Noda

Luis Noda has more than 16 years of relief and development implementation and management experience in Bolivia and Latin America. He has worked with Food for the Hungry since 2000, including serving as Country Director of Bolivia, and Regional Director for Latin America.

Luis earned Master's degrees in Agricultural Development, and Development Evaluation and Management. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering.

Luis provides leadership in the areas of field operations, programs structure, and strategic vision and mission planning and implementation.

 

FH Board

Food for the Hungry's board is a diverse group of leaders, servng as strategic advisors and working closely with the Global Executive Office to hold them accountable for the ministry of FH.
